eSmart

eSmart is a specialised system built for NZ's leading home energy efficiency company TerraLana. The iPad application allows the TerraLana staff to manage customer leads, bookings, inventory, health & safety, timesheets and invoicing. It was rolled out in early 2016 and is currently used by more than 50 staff nationwide.



Solar Billing System

The Simply Energy Solar Billing System was implemented in 2014, and manages all aspects of lead, booking, installation, and billing functions. The system was custom-built for Simply Energy at a fraction of the cost of an off-the-shelf application. Since it's implementation it has adapted to Simply Energy's growing portfolio and now includes battery storage and LED billing capability.



CRM

The Connect Now Customer Relationship Management System was implemented in 2015 to replace a legacy system. The CRM allows the Connect Now contact centre to manage thousands leads and interactions. It has since been enhanced to manage Net Promoter Score capture via SMS, email and over the phone.



Refunds Management

Webtools was commissioned to build a sophisticated refunds management system for Simply Energy. The system features workflow and approval management processes and a complex fraud-detection algorithm. The system has been used since 2010 by around 200 staff across the globe.



Product Database

The Product Database is a comprehensive cloud-based electricity price management system. The software allows Simply Energy to store, manage and disseminate pricing information across multiple systems. The system also provides full end-to-end quoting and signup functionality used by third-party sales channels across the world.
